Q:WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A:Infinite offers the customer a “hassle-free” return policy. Products purchased from Infinite may be returned for credit within 60 days from the initial purchase date, provided the product is in saleable condition. Special order or cut pieces are non-returnable. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Before returning a product, you must call Infinite for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All products are to be returned freight prepaid–customer is responsible for shipping costs. Infinite will not issue credit for any product that has been damaged, customized, or altered to customer specifications.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
A:Infinite’s limited warranty is valid only to the original purchaser & does not include any labor charges. Infinite hereby warrants that services or non-electrical products supplied to the customer shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time shipped to the customer, and for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Electrical items, excluding the Smart Touch & Horizon electrical systems, are covered under the limited warranty but for 60 days from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship of the product. It does not cover damage which occurs during normal wear and tear, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, setup adjustments, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, power surges, road debris or damage that are attributes to acts of God.

Q: MY BUSINESS IS TAX EXEMPT. HOW DO I GET TAXED REMOVED?
A: If you are not shipping or buying from the State of Missouri, we will not charge sales tax. If you are shipping or buying from the State of Missouri, please contact us to place your order. You will need to provide a tax exemption.
