TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all products and services purchased from or supplied by Infinite Innovations, Inc. and are hereby made a part of the contract between the customer and Infinite Innovations, Inc. Prices are firm, however Infinite reserves the right to change the price without notice if necessary. Orders outside of the USA and Canada are available by telephone at 800-362-6224, or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Infinite welcomes the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa.

2. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders ship from Strafford, Missouri, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Infinite will not ship outside of the U.S. territories without prior arrangement. Ground orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders with express shipping will be shipped the same day when possible, provided the order is received before 12:00pm Central Time. Orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. Shipping costs are determined by package weight and overall size.
A customer account representative will e-mail the shipment tracking number and total charges, including shipping & handling costs, immediately upon shipment. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and will be added to every order as well as a handling charge for domestic shipments. A customer representative will contact you regarding shipping costs and requirements for LTL shipments of oversized packages.
3. DAMAGED & MISSING MERCHANDISE
Damaged merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. Infinite guarantees all orders will be filled with quality merchandise and properly packaged to meet all carriers’ specifications. If the carrier damages a shipment, the customer should note this on the Delivery Receipt at the time of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Infinite of any damage as soon as possible by calling 800-362-6224. Please take pictures of the damaged box/packaging and merchandise if possible. If damaged merchandise is found after delivery, the customer should save all packaging and call Infinite Innovations for claim procedures immediately. In all cases, the carrier is responsible for a safe delivery of merchandise. Should an error occur with a shipment, the customer should notify Infinite at once for corrective proceedings. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment upon arrival. Infinite allows a 15-day grace period from the date of receipt to file a damage or discrepancy claim for the shipment, as do most carriers. Neither Infinite nor the freight carrier will be responsible for any claim beyond this 15-day grace period.
Additionally, shipments sent LTL freight must agree that upon delivery of your truck line order, IT IS THE RECEIVERS RESPONSIBILITY to thoroughly inspect your order for freight damage and or missing parts. If parts are missing, or damaged is discovered, you must have the Driver note any damage or missing parts on the Freight Companies original Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves. Frt. Co. will not reimburse Infinite if it is not noted on the BOL so therefore Infinite cannot reimburse customer. It must be in writing on BOL. If your shipment arrived damaged or parts were missing, and this was properly noted on the original BOL, Infinite will file the Frt. claim and see that you are taken care of. To process your claim for credit you must notify Infinite ASAP. If you do not notify Infinite within 10 days from receipt of your order for a Damage or discrepancy claim, neither Infinite nor the freight carrier will be responsible for any reimbursement for any claim of any kind beyond this period.
Package theft now occurs for approximately 5% of all packages delivered into the USA and Canada. Both UPS and USPS offer tips and on-line solutions for virtually eliminating this for your shipment. UPS’s My Choice, and the newly launched My USPS programs allow you to get instant notifications of package deliveries by email and text message, re-route packages, and hold delivery of your packages. We HIGHLY recommend you enroll in BOTH of these services.
4. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Infinite offers the customer a “hassle-free” return policy. Products purchased from Infinite may be returned for credit within 60 days from the initial purchase date, provided the product is in saleable condition. Special order or cut pieces are non-returnable. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Before returning a product, you must call Infinite for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All products are to be returned freight prepaid–customer is responsible for shipping costs. Infinite will not issue credit for any product that has been damaged, customized, or altered to customer specifications.
5. LIMITED WARRANTY
Infinite’s limited warranty is valid only to the original purchaser & does not include any labor charges. Infinite hereby warrants that services or non-electrical products supplied to the customer shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time shipped to the customer, and for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Electrical items, excluding the Smart Touch & Horizon electrical systems, are covered under the limited warranty but for 60 days from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship of the product. It does not cover damage which occurs during normal wear and tear, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, setup adjustments, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, power surges, road debris or damage that are attributes to acts of God.
There are no express warranties on products supplied by Infinite except as listed above. Specifically, there are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The express warranty set forth in Paragraph 5 is the sole and exclusive warranty made by Infinite. The express warranty in Paragraph 5 lasts only for the period set forth therein and valid only to the original purchaser.
In the event of a defect in material or workmanship of products or services supplied by Infinite and for which Infinite is properly notified as provided for above, Infinite will either: (a) repair or replace the product free of charge; or (b) refund the purchase price, (whichever Infinite deems appropriate in its discretion). These two options are the sole remedies available. In no event shall Infinite be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or arising out of any breach of this warranty.
8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Chargebacks are not authorized. Initiating a chargeback or dispute could result in suspension of account and/or “PRE-PAY” terms via check. Customer could also be responsible for fees incurred.
