4. ROUTE RADIO CABLE TO TUNER
5. ROUE POWER LEADS TO 12V, ATTEMPTING TO KEEP SPERATED FROM THE RADIO CABLE
6. CONFIRM LED LIGHT ON AMPLIFIER IS FUNCTIONING
